Who is responsible for your data

VoidSignal is a creative project run by Alessio Talluto, Italy. He is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: info@voidsignalbrand.com.

What we collect

When you sign up to receive transmissions we store your email address, the tribe you picked (The Stage, The Iron, The Grid or all three), the date you signed up and the version of this notice you agreed to. Nothing else. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your email only to tell you about VoidSignal transmissions and releases. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form.

Where it is stored

The list is stored on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which acts as our processor. The website itself is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may log technical data such as IP addresses to keep the service secure. Both providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We delete your address within 30 days of your request.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time, and ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to restrict or object to its processing. Write to info@voidsignalbrand.com and we'll act on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Shop and orders

When the shop opens, purchases will be handled by a third-party print-on-demand platform that acts as the seller. Its own terms and privacy notice will apply to your order, and we'll link them here.
